¶ Login and password
¶ Receiving an invitation
You cannot sign up to eLandfill yourself. A site or organisation administrator creates your account and gives you access to one or more sites.
When they do, you get an email from eLandfill with a link to set your password. The link works once and expires after 7 days. If it has expired, ask your administrator to send a new one, or use FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD on the login page.
Note: Your email provider or your organisation may block emails from eLandfill. If the invitation does not arrive, check your spam folder or ask your IT department.
¶ First-time login
- Open the link in the invitation email. The Welcome to eLandfill form opens, with your email at the top.
- Check your First name and Last name.
- Choose a password of at least 8 characters and type it in Password.
- Type it again in Confirm password.
- Choose your Language. The form switches to that language straight away.
- Click Save.
Then log in with your email and your new password.
¶ Logging in
Go to https://app.elandfill.io. Enter your email in the first field and your password in the second, then click LOGIN. Click the eye icon to show or hide the password as you type it.
After you log in, the Home page opens.
¶ Forgot your password?
You can choose a new password at any time.
- On the login page, click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD.
- Enter your Email and click Send link.
- Open the email from eLandfill and click the link. The Reset password page opens, with your email filled in.
- Type your new password in Password and again in Confirm password.
- Click Confirm.
When you see Password changed successfully, click Login and log in with your new password.
The link in the email works only once, and it expires. If the page says Invalid token, go back to the login page and ask for a new link.
